FREE RETURNS 

At Baseball Boards, our fans come first and quality is our standard. If you receive any damaged product, let us know within 3 days after arrival and we will send you a new one!

If a product does arrive damaged, customers are responsible for photo proof before a new one is sent out! (email photos to play@baseballboards.ca)

 

REFUNDS

If you receive an item that you decide you don't like, send it back to us within 5-7 business days and Baseball Boards will issue a full refund.

 

SHIPPING

Shipments are done within 24-48 hours after purchase (Canada & US). This does not include Beer Pong Boards (2-4 week production time). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email.

Customers placing international orders (outside Canada) are responsible for any additional taxes and duty fees that are resulting from their international shipment.
